Comment se passe la livraison chez Keyducation ?

Pour les précommandes, les produits seront expédiés dès qu’ils seront disponibles. Keyducation propose deux options de livraison :

  • Colissimo (Livraison à domicile) : 4,99€
  • Mondial Relay (Livraison en point relais) : 2,99€

Une fois votre commande expédiée, vous recevrez une notification par e-mail avec un numéro de suivi pour suivre la livraison de votre jeu.

Comment fonctionnent les retours ?

Si vous n’êtes pas satisfait de votre achat, vous pouvez retourner le produit dans un délai de 14 jours après réception. Pour initier un retour, veuillez contacter notre service client. Les frais de retour sont à votre charge. Une fois le produit retourné et inspecté, nous procéderons au remboursement de votre commande.
